Customer Care

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or want a follow-up once you order. Please keep in mind that each made to order piece has always a production time that varies between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the season. We are a slow fashion brand and depend on a local supply chain which means that unforeseen inconveniences may occur and delay our production process.  We will do our part to maintain clear communication regarding any change in the production process. 

Remember to always plan ahead if you have a specific event and wish to have your Vigo swim (or any made to order product) on time. We recommend to put your order TWO months prior to that date to avoid any disappointment. 

​We offer Ready-to-Ship pieces in a limited variety of styles, prints and sizes.  These change constantly since we do not focus on making big productions.

You can also visit our studio located at La Goyco in Calle Loiza, San Juan.  You can try on our swimsuits and other pretty garments and take your measurements for custom orders.  Check our store hours in the Home Page.

Vigo is for life! If you already have one of our swimsuits and you think it needs a little love and a retouch (only stitching), send us an e-mail or a DM to set up a visit in our studio or have it shipped to us and get that done for you!  We want for you to have this swimsuit forever!  

Shipping Policy

Processing orders can take up to 6 weeks after your payment is authorized and verified. Once the order is processed and the label is printed, the estimated delivery is from 5 to 10 business days. This does not include holidays. Please contact us for current time information.

If for any reason more than two months has gone by since you put the order and you haven't received it, we will take full responsibility and will go forward in making amends with given situation. 

We recommend choosing PRIORITY MAIL which includes tracking number and up to $100 on insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages when choosing First Class Mail.



Starting January 2024, we will be accepting returns and exchanges in swimwear.  These must be returned within 2 weeks since first received and must be in the exact conditions, with our hangtag, without use and with our original hygienic liner and Vigo bag.  Once we receive the return we will proceed with the size exchange.  All returns have a store credit that never expires.  We do not make refunds. 

Clothes and accessories:

We accept returns and exchanges in all clothing and accessories within 2 weeks of being purchased and/or received and must be in perfect conditions, without use and with our hangtag.

We don’t make refunds, we offer in store credit for returns that never expire. 

We do not make any exchange on custom orders once they are paid in full, fitted and delivered. We do not apply in store credit for custom orders nor make refunds. No exceptions will be made. 

ALL SALES AND DISCOUNTED ORDERS are final. No exchanges or returns on items bought on SALE will be accepted. No in store credit will be applied on items on SALE. Please note this when applying flash sale codes. 

Change or Cancel an Order

If the order was made within 72 hours and you want to change or cancel it, please contact us via email with subject: Cancel/Exchange (and your order number).

Our products are handmade to order and there is a production time that fluctuates depending on the season and/or the volume of orders per week.  For wholesale orders it can take up to three months for delivery depending on quantity.  Minimum order is of 24 pieces (6 same styles).
